大型军事电子信息系统装备总体工艺研究

摘　　要：分析了当前机载任务系统装备产品的研制生产特征,引申到大型军事电子信息装备产品,提出了总体单位产品工艺工作的内容和方法,论述了必要性和重要性,最后阐明了围绕产品,工艺工作与设计、生产、质量、财务等各方紧密相关,构成了产品研制生产过程全面质量管理链条,并重点分析了工艺管理与质量管理的辩证关系。目的是希望大型军事电子信息系统总体单位的产品研制生产能够基于产品,以工艺管理为抓手,推动全面质量管理工作,确保产品生产一致性、质量稳定性,使企业能够优质、高效、低成本的产出精品,最终交付给用户顶用、管用、好用的武器装备。The research and manufacture characters of airborne mission system equipment are analyzed,which are also applied to large military electronic information system equipment. Meanwhile,the craft work contents and methods for general research company are raised,the necessity and importance are discussed. At last,on basic of equipment,it is illuminated that the craft work is closely related to design,manufacture,quality,finance,which constitute the total quality management chain during equipment research and manufacture process. Also,the dialectical relationship between craft management and quality management is specially analyzed. The purpose is to hope the equipment research and manufacture in general research company of large military electronic information syetem can,on basic of equipment,take craft as significant way to push total quality management and make sure the manufacture consistency and quality stability of equipment,in order that company can provide production with good quality,high efficiency and low cost. Finally,company can hand over helpful,useful and convenient equipment to user.
