摘 要:采用双因素随机区组设计,以绿篱植物大叶黄杨为试验材料,研究不同浓度PP333、TIBA对其根系形态及活力的影响,探讨化学修剪对绿蓠植物的养分吸收机理。结果表明:(1)单施PP333极显著提高了大叶黄杨根系形态、细根根系的形态、根系活力,且随着PP333浓度升高而增大。单施TIBA仅对根平均直径、根表面积、细根的各根系形态指标以及活跃吸收面积有显著促进作用,且均在TIBA50 mg/L时达到最大值;(2)PP333和TIBA的交互作用对根体积、细根根系形态以及活跃吸收面积、活跃比表面积有显著促进作用,其中根系体积、细根根系的根长和根体积在80 mg/LPP333与100 mg/LTIBA配合喷施下达到最大值,而细根根系的表面积、根系活跃吸收面积和活跃比表面积则在80 mg/LPP333与50 mg/LTIBA配合喷施下达到最大值。PP333和TIBA通过对细根形态的影响,显著提高了根系的吸收活力。In this study, Euonymus japonicus was used as the test material and two-factor completely randomize design was adopted to investigate the effects of PP333 and TIBA in different concentration levels on root morphology and root activity of Euonymus japonicus, aimed at providing the theoretical basis for mechanism of effects of chemical pruning on nutrient uptake and utilization of hedge plants.Results indicated that:(1)all root morphological characteristics,root activity indexes and morphological characteristics of fine root were promoted extremely significantly by applying PP333 individually, the data of which increased with higher concentration of PP333; Average root diameter, root surface area, morphological characteristics of fine root and active absorption were favored significantly in different extents by applying TIBA individually. Also, the data reached the top in low concentration of TIBA;(2)Root volume, morphological characteristics, active absorption area and active specific surface area were improved significantly under the interaction of PP333 and TIBA.The data of root volume, root length and volume of fine root reached the peak at treatment of combination of high concentration of PP333(80 mg/L) and high concentration of TIBA(100 mg/L). Differently, the number of root surface of fine root, active absorption area and active specific surface area reached the top at treatment of combination of high concentration of PP333(80 mg/L) and low concentration of TIBA(50 mg/L). Overall, Root morphology and root activity of Euonymus japonicus had a significant plasticity under the main effects and interaction of PP333 and TIBA.And PP333 and TIBA improve the root activity of Euonymus japonicus significantly by influencing fine root morphology.
