摘 要:针对天津市某冶金企业(A厂)产Q235B圆钢产品在拉拔过程中出现明显加工硬化,布氏硬度比同类型企业(B厂)个别产品高出40~50 HB,甚至出现裂纹,这种情况在冬春季节尤其容易发生.本研究采用拉伸试验、断口形貌、组织观察、硬度测试、成分分析和位错增量等手段方法分析材料产生此现象的原因.结果表明:A厂产品含碳量略高于B厂是产生加工硬化的主要原因,冬春季节温度偏低加剧了裂纹的萌生.Q235B round steel products of a metallurgical enterprise (A factory) in Tianjin show significant hardening in the process of drawing, A products of Brinell hardness are higher more 40~50 HB than the same type of enterprise (B plant) individual products or even cracked. The phenomenon is particularly prone in winter and spring. In this study, the causes of the test were studied by means of tensile test, fracture morphology, tissue observation, hardness test, component analysis and dislocation increment test. The results show that the carbon content of product A is slightly higher than that of the B plant, which is the main cause of work hardening. The low temperature in winter and spring aggravates the initiation of cracks.
