摘  要:氯化胆碱和尿素形成的低共融溶剂是一类新型的离子液体.这类离子液体具有价格低廉、环境友好及合成简便等优势.本文合成了氯化胆碱-尿素(Ch Cl-Urea)离子液体,使用红外光谱(FTIR)对得到的透明澄清的液体进行了表征,结果表明合成的液体是目标离子液体.并对不同温度下离子液体的密度、粘度以及表面张力进行了分析.利用离子液体良好的溶解性能,用自制离子液体对鸡骨中的羟基磷灰石成分进行了提取,FTIR检测提取物为羟基磷灰石.对其基础性质分析得出:提取的羟基磷灰石的堆密度与合成的羟基磷灰石数值相差不大;提取的羟基磷灰石具有良好的吸湿性和透气性.The low eutectic solvent formed by choline chloride and urea is a new type of ionic liquid, which has many advantages such as low price, environmental friendliness and simple synthesis. In this paper, Chcl-Urea ionic liquid was synthesized, and the synthetic transparent liquid was characterized by the infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ). The results showed that the synthesized liquid was the target ionic liquid. The density, viscosity and surface tension of ionic liquid chcl-Urea at different temperatures were analyzed. The hydroxyapatite(HAp)composition of the chicken bone was extracted with dissoving property of ionic liquid. FTIR presented that the extractive was HAp. Based on the analysis of its basic properties, the stacking density of HAp was not different from synthetic HAp.The extracted HAp has good hygroscopicity and permeability.
