中西医结合治疗创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎治疗中应用中西医结合疗法的临床效果。方法在2012年1月—2016年12月我院收治的创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎患者中选择34例作为研究对象,并将其按照治疗方案的不同随机分成观察组(17例)与对照组(17例),观察组患者行中西医结合治疗,对照组患者行单一西医治疗,观察对比2组患者治疗后的临床有效率及血液指标水平。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组;治疗后观察组患者的各项血液指标水平明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎对炎症的控制要优于单一西医治疗,可以进一步提高治疗效果,有助于患者快速康复,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of traumatic chronic osteomyelitis of calcaneus. Methods From January 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital for traumatic chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis patients of 34 cases were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatments,they were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 17） and control group（ n = 17）. The observation group applied combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy. The control group underwent single Western medicine treatment. The clinical effective rate and blood index level between the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the blood indexes of the patients in the observation group were obviously superior to those of the control group after treatment. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of traumatic chronic calcaneal osteomyelitis is better than single Western medicine in the control of inflammation,so as to further improve the therapeutic effect and help patients recover quickly,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
