傣医治疗痹证方药用药特点初探

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘的方法研究傣医治疗痹证方剂的组方规律。方法:收集民族医药单验方数据库及相关民族医药书籍、文献中傣医治疗痹证的方剂,录入中医传承辅助平台(v2.5),采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法分析傣医治疗痹证方剂的组方规律。结果:筛选出292首方剂,方剂中药物出现频次≥10的药物37个,出现频次较高的前3味药为:地血香、姜黄、苏木,核心用药模式14个,主要的关联规则为扁担藤配伍地血香,置信度=1,发现核心组合28个,演化新方14个。结论:傣医治疗痹证方剂中,主治风寒湿痹证与风湿热痹证的方剂最多,其组方以祛风除湿、清热解毒、活血化瘀药物组合最为常见,祛除邪气,消除病因为主要的用药特点。Objective： To study the charaeteristies of Dai medicine in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome. Methods： Firstly we collected the prescriptions for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome which in the national medicine prescription database, related national medicine books and the literature, entered the datahase into the traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform （v2.5）, and analyzed the prescription rules of Dai medicine in treating arthralgia syndrome by data mining method with software integration. Results： A total of 292 prescrip- tions were screened out, and 37 of the drugs appeared in the prescriptions with the frequency of more than 10 times. The top 3 drugs with high frequency were： Dixuexiang （curious kadsura root or stein）, Jianghuang （turmeric） and Sumu （brazilwnod）. There are 14 core drug patterns. The main association rule is the eombination of Biandanteng [Tetrastigma planicaule（Hook.f.）Gagnep.] and Dixuexiang, confidence level=1, found 28 core combinations, evolved 14 new prescriptions. Conclusion： In prescriptions for treating arthralgia syndrome, l）ai medicine has the most prescriptions tot wind cold dampness syndrome and rheumatic heat syndrome. The combination of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, clearing away heat and toxic materials, and promoting blood eirculation to remove blood stasis is common, the main characteristics of medication is to eliminate evil, and eliminate the cause.
