益智仁盐炙品缩泉丸对肾阳虚模型小鼠血清Bun、Crea等组分及肾脏形态的影响  被引量:8

摘  要:目的:考察盐炙益智仁配方缩泉丸对肾阳虚小鼠血清Bun、Crea、K^+、Na^+、Cl^-及肾脏形态的影响,探讨缩泉丸中益智仁不同炮制方法对模型小鼠疗效的影响。方法:分别以生品益智仁和盐炙益智仁配方制备缩泉丸。取昆明种雄性小鼠60只,随机分为空白组、模型组、生益智仁缩泉丸组、盐益智仁缩泉丸组,每组15只;空白组给予纯水,模型组给予腺嘌呤;两个缩泉丸药物组在给予腺嘌呤的同时分别给予生益智仁缩泉丸和盐益智仁缩泉丸,最后一次给药/给水1 h后于小鼠眼眶静脉取血,测其血清中Bun、Crea、K^+、Na^+、Cl^-的含量;将小鼠处死,取其肾脏制备切片,显微镜下观察其形态组织变化。结果:模型组小鼠血清Bun、Crea含量明显高于空白组,肾脏生理学形态有损伤;盐益智仁缩泉丸组能显著降低肾阳虚模型小鼠血清Bun、Crea的含量,同时对模型小鼠肾脏损伤有一定的修复作用;生益智仁缩泉丸组小鼠血清Bun、Crea含量与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且生益智仁缩泉丸组对模型小鼠肾脏损伤的修复程度低于盐炙组。结论:根据"盐炙入肾"这一传统中医药炮制理论,使用盐炙品益智仁而非生品配方缩泉丸具有科学性和正确性,提示在生产/制备缩泉丸时切不可使用益智仁生品替代盐炙品,以确保其治疗作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of Suoquan wan formulated by Yizhiren(Alpiniae oxyphyllae)processed by salt on serum Bun, Crea, K+, Na+, Cl-and renal morphology of kidney yang deficiency model mice, and to explore the influence of Suoquanwan formulated by Yizhiren(Alpiniae oxyphyllae) processed by different processing methods on kidney yang deficiency model mice. Methods: Suoquan wan was prepared by crude Yizhiren(Alpiniae oxyphyllae) and ones processed by salt, respectively. The 60 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely blank control group, model group, crude Yizhiren(Alpiniae oxyphyllae)Suoquan wan group(crude group), Suoquan wan prepared by Yizhiren(Alpiniae oxyphyllae) processed by salt(salt processed group), 15 mice in each group. The blank group administered with water, and the other groups were all administered with adenine. At the same time of administration with adenine, the mice in crude group and salt processed group were given corresponding Suoquan wan. Results: The model group showed higher serum Bun and Crea content than the blank control group, and the physiology of the kidney were damaged in model group. Compared with the model group, the content of serum Bun, Crea of mice in salt processed group werereduced significantly, at the same time Suoquan wan of Yizhiren(Alpiniae oxyphyllae) processed by salt had protective effects on kidney damage of mice model. There was no significant difference in serum Bun and Crea content between the crude group and the model group. And the repair effects of Suoquan wan of crude Yizhiren(Alpiniae oxyphyllae) was lower than the salt processed group. Conclusion: It verified the scientificalness and correctness of Suoquan wan which was formulated according to "fried with salt into the kidney" in the traditional Chinese medicine processing theory.
