摘　　要：目的:观察针刀干预对PD大鼠行为学及脑神经递质的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、电针组、针刀组。电针组电针"百会""太阳";针刀组松解C1、C2横突后结节处。采用APO诱导的旋转实验观察行为学变化,HE染色法观察中脑黑质形态学变化,高效液相色谱-电化学法检测纹状体DA、HVA、DOPAC含量。结果:电针组和针刀组干预后转圈数明显低于模型组(P<0.01),且电针组和针刀组转圈数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组DA、HVA、DOPAC含量显著低于空白组(P<0.01),针刀组DA、HVA、DOPAC含量高于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:针刀可减轻PD大鼠的行为学症状,调节脑神经递质DA、HVA、DOPAC含量。Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture intervention on the behavior of PD rats and brain neurotransmitters. Methods： Male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, electroacupuncture group and Acupotomy group. The electroacupuncture group was given electroacupuncture on Baihui（DU20） and Taiyang（EX-HN5）; Acupotomy group lysis the posterior tubercle of C1 and C2. By rotation the experimental observation of APO induced behavioral changes observed in the midbrain substantia nigra; morphological changes of HE staining method; The DA, HVA and DOPAC content were detected with high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical. Results： The electroacupuncture group and acupotomy group showed lower speed than the model group with significant difference（P〈0.01）; There was no significant difference between electroacupuncture group and acupotomy group（P〈0.05）. The model group showed lower DA, HVA and DOPAC than the control group（P〈0.01）; The Acupotomy group showed higher DA, HVA and DOPAC than the model group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupotomy can lessen PD behavioral symptoms and regulation of brain neurotransmitter DA, HVA and DOPAC content to alleviate Parkinson＇s disease.
