摘 要:目的:探讨心脑通络液对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清学指标及IL-6与TNF-α的影响。方法:将40只健康SD大鼠随机分成5组:血脂康对照组(称为对照组)8只、假手术组8只、心脑通络液高剂量组(称为高剂量组)8只、模型组8只和心脑通络液低剂量组(称为低剂量组)8只;除假手术组以外,其他4组使用球囊的受损方法结合高脂饲料的喂养方法来制作大鼠AS的模型;观察大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6水平变化情况、血浆黏度、红细胞的变形、聚集指数红细胞压积水平。结果:模型组大鼠血清内TNF-α、IL-6水平及红细胞的变形、聚集指数均显著上升,与假手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组、高剂量组和低剂量组大鼠血清TNF-α与IL-6水平均显著下降,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高剂量组下降效果更佳,与对照组、低剂量组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组大鼠血浆黏度和红细胞压积明显上升,与假手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组、高剂量组和低剂量组大鼠血浆黏度和红细胞压积明显降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脑通络液可通过抑制血清中炎症因子IL-6和TNF-α的水平来延缓AS的形成。Objective: To study the effects of Xinnao Tongluo Ye on serum indexes, IL-6 and TNF-α in atherosclerotic rats. Methods: The 40 healthy SD rats were divided into five groups, including the Xuezhikang(血脂康) control group(control group), sham operation group, the high dose group of Xinnao tongluo ye(high dose group), model group and the low dose group of Xinnao tongluo ye(low dose group), 8 rats in each group;Except the sham operation group, the other four groups using balloon damage method to make AS rat with feeding high fat diet model; rats serum TNF-α, IL-6, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, and erythrocyte deformation hematocrit levels were observed. Results: Serum TNF-α, IL-6 level and erythrocyte deformation and aggregation index increased significantly in the model group, with statistically significant differences compared with sham operation group(P〈0.05); Serum TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased in control group, high dose group and low dose group, with significant differences compared with model group(P〈0.05); the high dose group decreased effect was statistically significant compared with the control group, low dose group differences(P〈0.05); Plasma viscosity and RBC hematocrit increased significantly in model group rats, with significant differences compared with the sham operation group(P〈0.05); Plasma viscosity and RBC hematocrit decreased significantly in control group, high dose group and low dose group rat, and there was significant difference compared with model group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Xinnao tongluo ye can delay the formation of AS by inhibiting the levels of inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α in serum.
