系统护理干预配合四花灸法对中晚期乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四花灸法治疗中晚期乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法:将70例诊断为癌因性疲乏的乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,均在系统的护理方案干预下,治疗组采用四花灸治疗,对照组采用常规对症支持治疗。观察比较两组患者PFS-R评分、KPS、NRS评分,测定IL-1、TNF-α、TGF-β、CRP、Cortisol指标以及安全性指标。结果:治疗组PFS-R评分、KPS评分、各生化指标改善明显,较本组治疗前及对照组同期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间及治疗后未出现重大不良反应及副作用。结论:系统护理干预配合四花灸法能较好改善乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床症状,提高免疫功能和生存质量,延长生存期。Objective： To observe the effect of ＂Four Flowers＂ Moxibustion in the treatment of advanced breast cancer related fatigue in clinical efficacy. Methods： A total of 70 cases who diagnosed as cancer-related fatigue with breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases for each group. Both groups were taking nursing system intervention, while the treatment group was treated with ＂Four Flowers＂ Moxibustion therapy, and the control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment. The PFS-R scores, KPS and NRS scores of the groups were compared. The indexes of IL-1, TNF-, TGF-, CRP,Cortisol and safety of two groups were measured. Results： The PFS-R score, KPS score and biochemical indicators of the treatment group improved significantly, compared with the same group before treatment and the control group, the differences were statistically significant. There were no significant adverse reactions and side effects during and after treatment. Conclusion： Systematic nursing intervention combined with ＂Four Flowers＂ Moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms of breast cancer related fatigue, improve immune function, quality of life and prolong the survival time.
