摘　　要：目的分析2015-2016年河北省急性弛缓性麻痹（AFP）病例的脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）病毒检测状况,为河北省继续维持无脊灰状态提供依据。方法收集2015-2016年河北省AFP病例粪便标本进行病毒分离和鉴定,对脊灰病毒分离株采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）扩增VP1区基因片段,进行核苷酸序列测定和分析。结果从665份AFP病例粪便标本中分离到脊灰病毒12株（1.80%）、非脊灰肠道病毒（NPEV）112株（16.84%）。与Sabin株相比,脊灰病毒VP1区核苷酸发生0个变异3株、1个变异6株、2个变异4株、3个变异2株、4个变异1株;在NPEV分离株中,7-8月份分离株数占47.2%。结论 2015-2016年河北省脊灰病毒分离株均为疫苗相关株,病毒核苷酸变异以低变异为主。Objective To analyze polioviruses isolated from acute flaccid paralysis（ AFP） cases in Hebei province from 2015 to 2016,and to provide evidence for continuing to maintain polio-free status.Methods We collected fecal specimens from AFP cases in Hebei during 2015-2016 for virus isolation and identification. We amplified poliovirus VP1 region gene fragments with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and analyzed the nucleotide sequences. Results Twelve strains（ 1. 80%） of poliovirus and 112 strains（ 16. 84%） of non-polio enterovirus（ NPEV） were isolated from 665 fecal specimens from AFP cases. Compared with Sabin-strain poliovirus,3,6,4,2,and 1 strain（ s） of poliovirus isolates had 0,1,2,3,and 4 mutations in the VP1 region,respectively; 47. 2% of NPEV strains had been isolated during July-August. Conclusions In 2015 and 2016 in Hebei,all poliovirus isolates were vaccine-related strains with low numbers of mutations.
