摘 要:为考察新型胶凝材料半水磷石膏应用于矿山充填的可能性。对不同磷石膏、碱性激发剂添加量及料浆浓度进行配比,确定半水磷石膏基充填材料最优配比,并利用SEM和石膏水化理论对半水磷石膏基充填体进行分析。研究结果表明:在磷石膏添加量为50%,碱性激发剂添加量为1.5%,充填料浆浓度为69%时,半水磷石膏基充填料的3、7、28 d强度分别为3.0、3.8、3.8 MPa,满足当地矿山充填采矿的要求。半水磷石膏水化生成二水石膏,随着水化反应的继续,试样的内部孔隙逐渐被水化产物填充,生成的二水石膏晶体形成胶凝材料结构骨架,使充填材料具有一定的强度。In order to investigate the possibility of applying the new cementitious material,hemi-hydrated phosphogypsum,into backfilling of mine,the optimum ratio of hemi-hydrated phosphogypsum filling material was determined by adjusting the proportion of different phosphogypsum,dosage of alkali activator and slurry concentration,and the property of the hemi-hydrated phosphogypsum filling body was analyzed by using the theory of SEM and gypsum hydration. The results showed that the strength of hemi-hydrated phosphogypsum backfilling material at 3 d,7 d,28 d was 3.0,3.8 and 3.8 MPa respectively,under additions of phosphogypsum 50%,the alkali activator 1. 5% and the slurry concentration 69%. It can meet the requirements of mining with backfilling in local mine. The dihydrate gypsum was generated after hydration of hemi-hydrated phosphogypsum. With the hydration reaction continued,the inner pores of the sample were gradually filled with the hydrated products. The generated dihydrate gypsum crystals form the structural skeleton of the cementitious material,which makes the filling material own a certain strength.
