摘 要:黑龙江某大鳞片石墨矿石固定碳含量为6.99%,+0.15 mm粒级石墨分布率为27.49%。为给该石墨资源开发利用提供依据,进行了选矿—提纯工艺试验。结果表明,通过6段磨矿、中1~中3合并返回粗磨、中4~中6隔段顺序返回、精3产品筛分提取+0.15 mm粒级产品的工艺流程,得到的+0.15 mm粒级产品固定碳含量为90.64%、回收率为16.73%,-0.15 mm粒级产品固定碳含量为95.44%、回收率为77.42%;采用碱酸法对+0.15 mm粒级产品进行提纯,在NaOH用量(以NaOH与石墨的质量比表示)为1.0、焙烧温度为800℃、焙烧时间为30 min条件下焙烧后,焙烧产品经80℃水浸1 h,1 mol/L盐酸60℃酸浸20 min,可以制备出固定碳含量为99.920%,作业回收率为94.37%的高纯石墨。试验结果可以为该石墨资源的开发利用提供技术依据。The fixed carbon content in a large flake graphite ore in Heilongjiang was 6.99%,the distribution rate of +0.15 mm graphite was 27.49%. In order to provide technique basis for the development and utilization of the graphite resource,the mineral processing and purification process test was carried out. The results show that,via six stages grinding,middling1~3 combined return rough grinding,middling 4~6 interval sequence return,concentrate 3 product screening extraction +0.15 mm product. The fixed carbon content and recovery rate of +0.15 mm concentrate product were 90.64% and 16.73%,the fixed carbon content and recovery rate of-0.15 mm concentrate product were 95.44% and 77.42%. When dosage of NaOH(represented by the mass ratio of NaOH to graphite)was 1.0,roasting temperature was 800 ℃,roasting time was 30 min,roasted products water immersion 1 h at 80 ℃,1 mol/L hydrochloric acid leaching 20 min at 60 ℃,high purity graphite with99.920% fixed carbon content and 94.37% operation recovery rate was obtained. The experimental results can provide technical basis for the development and utilization of the graphite resource.
