孕产妇盆底功能康复信息化管理平台的构建及应用

摘　　要：目的构建孕产妇盆底功能康复信息化管理平台,为临床盆底功能障碍性疾病防治提供系统化管理途径。方法盆底功能管理平台包括操作平台及系统管理平台两部分。操作平台包括:(1)孕产妇版APP,向孕产妇提供健康教育、预约、随访等服务;(2)医生版APP,向医生提供医患互动及培训等服务;(3)临床工作平台,具有临床业务管理功能。系统管理平台的功能包括账号管理、数据管理等。抽取2017年3月—5月的平台运行数据进行统计分析,并进行满意度调查。结果平台共注册医护人员19名,孕产妇6243例,完成问卷3967份,健康资讯阅读量为6412例次,与平台使用前相比,产妇产后盆底功能评估参与率(χ~2=397.95,P<0.001)、盆底康复设备使用率(χ~2=1 305.79,P<0.001)提高,康复治疗中断率(χ~2=57.57,P<0.001)降低,孕产妇对平台及护理服务的总体评价为(4.47±0.61)分。结论孕产妇盆底功能康复信息化管理平台提供了科学、系统化的孕产妇管理策略,提高了产妇盆底功能评估的参与率及盆底康复训练的依从性和满意度,提高了医疗机构的管理效率,并为科学研究积累了大量临床数据。Objective To construct an information platform for rehabilitation of maternal pelvic floor function,so as to provide systematic management approach for prevention and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Mehtods The management platform consisted of operational and system management sections. The operational section included ： （1） The public-version APP,which provided health education,appointment,interactive communication; （2） The staff-version APP,which provided medical staff with interactive communication,academic training; （3） The clinical working version provided clinical management service. The system management section included management of user account,data management, Running data from March to May 2017 were chosen to be analyzed,and questionnaire survey regarding satisfaction was conducted.Results The information platform included 19 staff members and 6 243 women,and 3 967 questionnaires were completed. Health information had been read for 6 412 times by registered women in this platform. Compare to situation before application of the platform,the screening rate of postpartum women and the usage rate of rehabilitation equipment were significantly increased （χ^2=397.95,P〈0.001 ,χ^2=1 305.79,P〈0.001）,while the dropout rate of the women was significantly reduced （χ^2=57.57,P〈0.001）. The overall appraisal of the platform was 4.47 ± 0.61. Conclusio The information platform for rehabilitation of maternal pelvic floor function provides a scientific and systematic management strategy,improving compliance of prenatal women and satisfaction,promoting management efficiency ,and accumulating plenty of clinical data for further scientific research.
