摘　　要：目的了解亲体供肾移植受者感恩、创伤后成长和社会支持的状况,探讨感恩与创伤后成长、社会支持的相关性及其影响因素,引导患者将感恩情绪转化为疾病自我管理,发挥患者在术后长期规范化随访中的主观能动性。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、感恩问卷、创伤后成长评定量表、社会支持评定量表,对2017年1月—8月在某院门诊定期随访的亲体供肾移植受者进行问卷调查。结果亲体供肾移植受者感恩总分为(30.01±3.13)分,创伤后成长总分为(63.10±8.82)分,社会支持总分为(41.74±5.10)分。患者感恩与创伤后成长总分、社会支持总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。单因素方差分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、职业、医保类型是亲体供肾移植受者感恩水平的影响因素;多因素分析显示,性别、医保类型、职业和社会支持是感恩的主要影响因素。结论积极的正面引导和完善的社会支持系统,有利于提升亲体供肾移植受者的感恩水平,促进患者生理、心理及社会功能的恢复,提高其术后心理弹性和生活质量。Objective To understand the level of gratitude,post-traumatic growth and social support in kidney transplant recipients from family member,to explore the influencing factors of gratitude and its relationship with post-traumatic growth and social support,and to guide patients to take gratitude into self-management with subjective initiative from patients in long-term follow-up after the operation. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in recipients underwent living kidney transplant from family member who were regularly followed up in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2017,using self-designed general information questionnaire,Gratitude Questionnaire-6,Post-traunmtic Growth Inventory and Social Support Rating Scale. Results The total score of gratitude,post- traumatic growth and social support of kidney transplant recipients was （30.01±3.13 ）, （63.10±8.82） and （41.74±5.10）. Patient＇s gratitude was significantly positively correlated with the total score of post-traumatic growth and social support （P〈0.01）. The results of one-way ANOVA showed that the factors influencing gratitude of kidney transplant recipients were sex,educational level,occupation and medical insurance type;nmhivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors were sex,occupation,medical insurance type and social support. Conclusion Positive guidance and perfect social support system are beneficial to raise level of gratitude in kidney transplant recipients,improve patient＇s physiological,psychological and social functions,and promote postoperative psychological resilience and quality of life.
