摘　　要：以大同市某住宅小区为例,介绍了住宅小区室外管线综合设计的模式,提出了室外管线综合设计分为管线综合规划和施工图设计两阶段。详细介绍了管线综合规划的主要内容和施工图设计阶段遇到的共性问题的解决方案。Taking the plot in Datong City as an example, this paper explained the design pat- tern of outdoor pipelines in a residential area in Datong City, and put forward the two stages of comprehensive planning and construction drawing design of outdoor pipelines. The main contents of the comprehensive planning of the outdoor pipelines common problem encountered at the construction design was summarized and the solutions of the common problem encountered at the construction design stage was suggested.
