摘 要:采用一体式好氧MBR处理黄姜皂素厌氧出水,在HRT=43 h的条件下,研究污泥龄(SRT)对MBR膜出水COD、NH_4^+-N去除效果和污泥混合液特性的影响,并对MBR动力学参数进行求解。结果表明,优化运行SRT为30~40 d,此时COD、NH_4^+-N处理效果良好,平均去除率分别达到95%、93%以上;ρ(MLVSS)/ρ(MLSS)大部分在0.350左右,明显低于传统活性污泥法;SRT对污泥负荷有一定的影响,SRT在30~40 d时,COD污泥负荷为0.090~0.140g/(g·d)。相关的动力学参数:V_(max)为0.285~1.061 d^(-1),K_s为20.90~178.8 mg/L,V_(max)/K_s为3.22~21.0 L/(g·d)。可为MBR优化SRT的选用以及处理该废水的工艺设计和运行操作提供参考。Diosgenin anaerobic effluent was treated by integrated aerobic MBR, The effect of sludge retention time(SRT) on removal efficiency of COD,NH4+-N in MBR effluent and sludge mixed liquor properties was researched, and the kinetic parameters of MBR was calculated when HRT was 43 h. The results showed that the optimal operated SRT was 30~40 d, COD and NH4+-N had a good removal efficiency with this condition, and average removal rate could reach over 95% and 93%, respectively. The value of ρ(MLVSS)/ρ(MLSS) was about 0.350, which was significantly lower than the traditional activated sludge process. SRT had a certain effect on sludge loading, when SRT was 30~40 d, the COD sludge loading was 0.09~0.140 g/(g·d), and the related kinetic parameters was as follow, Vmax, Ksand Vmax/Kswas 0.285~1.061 d-1, 20.90~178.8 mg/L and 3.22~21.0 L/(g·d), respectively. This test provided a reference for selection of the optimal SRT, process design and operation of diosgenin wastewater treatment.
