摘  要:江苏省某城镇污水处理厂受纳水体中工业废水占比80%以上,导致进水可生化性差,出水波动频繁;本工程在原有处理工艺上采用仿酶催化技术进行深度处理。实际运行监测结果表明,出水水质可稳定达到GB 18918-2002一级A排放标准,其中深度处理单元对COD的总体去除率达到84.62%,为高比例工业污水厂提标改造提供参考。Industrial wastewater accounts for more than 80% of the wastewater discharged from a town sewage treatment plant in Jiangsu province,resulting in poor biodegradability of the influent and frequent fluctuation of the effluent. This project was based on the original treatment process using biomimetic catalysis technology for advanced treatment. The actual operation of the monitoring results showed that the effluent quality could reach the level A emission standard of GB 18918-2002, in which the total removal rate of COD reached 84.62% in advanced processing unit, to provide reference for upgrading and reconstruction of the high proportion industrial wastewater treatment plant.
