摘 要:针对湖南省郴州市某间歇式循环延时曝气活性污泥法(ICEAS)工艺的污水厂出水水质严重不稳定,且运行维护费用高的问题,通过采用增加缺氧区的方法,将ICEAS工艺改造为循环活性污泥系统(CASS);采用2点进泥优化污泥回流系统,并在各反应段增加水下设备。改造后运行结果显示,出水COD和NH_3-N、TN、TP、SS的质量浓度分别为15.4~24.3 mg/L和1.4~4.5、8.1~10.3、0.4~0.6、7.8~16.6 mg/L,达到GB 18918-2002一级B标准的要求。可为今后新增的深度处理设施及其平稳运行提供必要的进水条件。For the effluent of the sewage treatment plant with intermittent cycle extended aeration system(ICEAS) is seriously unstable, and the maintenance costs are high in Chenzhou city, Hunan province. The ICEAS process was transformed into CASS process by means of increasing an anoxic zone. Two sludge feed points are used to optimize the sludge reflux system and the underwater equipment was added in each reaction section. The operation results after the reconstruction showed that, the COD and mass concentrations of NH3-N, TN, TP, SS in the effluent water were 15.4~24.3 mg/L and 1.4~4.5 mg/L,8.1~10.3 mg/L, 0.4~0.6 mg/L, 7.8~16.6 mg/L respectively, which met the first level B standard of GB 18918-2002. It is necessary to provide influent conditions for the new advanced treatment facilities and running smoothly in the future.
