小尾寒羊血清对氧磷酶活性与繁殖力之间关系研究

摘　　要：血清对氧磷酶(paraoxonase,PON1)在动物卵泡发育过程中具有抗氧化损伤的作用。为了研究绵羊外周血清PON1活性与繁殖力之间的关系,对小尾寒羊进行同期发情处理,检测了外周血和卵泡液之间PON1活性的相关性,并对外周血中的PON1与发情、妊娠、产羔等之间的相关性进行了分析。结果发现小型和大型卵泡内的PON1活性显著低于中型卵泡,卵泡PON1活性平均值为180.1±5U/ml以上时才有发情表现;中型卵泡液中的PON1与外周血中的PON1活性之间具有极强的相关性(r2=0.98,P=0.0001),产双羔或三羔母羊外周血中的PON1活性显著高于产单羔母羊,因此,根据外周血中的PON1活性可以基本判断母羊的产羔数。本研究结果对提高绵羊辅助生殖的成功率具有重要实践意义。Serum paraoxonase （PON1） plays an antioxidant role in the development of animal follicles. In order to study the relationship between serum PON1 activity and reproductivity in the peripheral blood of sheep, we detected the correlation of PONI activity between peripheral blood and follicular fluid after simultaneous estrus treatment for Small Tail Han sheep, and analyzed the correlation between PON1 in peripheral blood and estrus, pregnancy and lambing. Results showed that PON1 activity in medium-sized follicle was significantly higher than that in small-sized or big-sized follicles oestrus was observed only when the average PON1 activity in follicle was 180.1 -65 U/ml or more; there was a significant correlation between the activity of PON1 in medium-sized follicular fluid and the activity of PON1 in peripheral blood（r2 = 0.98, P= 0. 0001）; the activity of PON1 in the peripheral blood of the ewes produced double lambs or three lambs was obviously higher than that of the single lambing ewes. The results of this study make an important practical difference to elevate the success rate of sheep assisted re- production. Therefore, according to the activity of PON1 in peripheral blood, the number of litters of ewes can be basically predicted.
