摘  要:探讨高压上浆工艺采用低上浆率上浆的可行性。分析了低上浆率上浆和高压上浆的应用背景,进而论述了低上浆率上浆中采用高压上浆工艺的参数选择。指出:在采用高压上浆工艺中,适当降低浆液含固率后,可采用较高黏度的浆料来保证相当黏结力和成膜性,降低慢速压浆力而保持常规速度高压浆力,以避免轻浆;较高的浆纱速度有利于达到高压的良好效果。认为:采用低上浆率的高压上浆工艺可概括为"二高二低",即"高压浆力,高速度,低浆液浓度,低浆液黏度"的上浆工艺。The feasibility of adopting lower sizing rate in higher squeezing pressure sizing process was dis- cussed. The application background of lower rate sizing and higher squeezing pressure sizing were analyzed. More- over,the parameter selection of lower rate sizing with higher squeezing pressure sizing were reviewed. It was pointed out that the equivalent adhesiveness and film-forming ability could be ensured by adopting the size with higher viscosity after decreasing the solid content of size reasonably in higher squeezing pressure sizing process. The higher squeezing pressure could be kept at regular speed by decreasing squeezing pressure at lower speed. Then,lighter size can be prevented. Higher sizing speed was beneficial to obtain effect of higher squeezing pres- sure. It is considered that the sizing process of higher squeezing pressure for lower sizing rate can be summarized as higher saueezing pressure,higher soeed,lower sizing rate and lower size viscositv.
