锡林与盖板梳理区自由纤维转移机理研究

摘  要:从盖板花形成角度,剖析了梳棉机盖板花的形成机理、锡林与盖板梳理工作区的梳理机理及自由纤维的产生与转移机理。认为:锡林与盖板梳理工作区前4根盖板区域为挤压式梳理区域,将锡林针面携带的纤维束紊乱尾端进行梳理,实现平行、伸直,并排除短绒与杂质;而其他区域进行自由式梳理,进一步使纤维束单纤化,并产生了自由纤维;自由纤维中既有单纤维也有束纤维。盖板正转时,自由纤维因前罩板进口工艺被转移至锡林表面,最后转移到道夫纤维网中;而盖板反转时,自由纤维被此后的短绒、杂质挤入盖板针面底部成为盖板花。From the point veiw of flat strip formation,the formation mechanism of flat strip in carding ma- chine, the carding mechanism in the carding area of cylinder & flat and the formation &transfer mechanism of free fiber were analyzed. It is considered that the front four flat area in cylinder and flat carding area is the squee- zing carding area. The disordered end of fiber bundle carried by cylinder needle surface is carded. The fibers are paralleled and stretched. The short fiber and impurity are excluded. However, the carding in other area is free. Fi- ber bundle is further turned to single fiber and free fiber is generated. Free fiber contains both single fiber and fi- ber bundle. When flat is run forward, free fiber is transferred to the surface of cylinder due to the entrance pro- cessing of front shield plate and it is transferred to doff fiber net in the end. However,when flat is run reversely, free fiber is squeezed to the bottom of flat needle surface by later short fiber and impurity and then it becomes the flat strips.
