摘　　要：总结一次成形家纺套件的设计与开发要点。分析了传统家纺加工技术的不足;介绍了一次织造成形家纺技术的创新点;以某一家纺产品为例,介绍了产品设计要求、设计方案、纹织设计等;对织造生产、染整生产、成品加工中的技术要点进行了总结,最终使产品顺利生产。认为:该技术可以实现规模化应用,是对传统家纺制品生产方式的突破创新。The design and key points for developing one time weaving forming home textiles suite were sum- marized. The disadvantages of traditional home textiles processing technology were analyzed. The innovation points of one time weaving forming home textiles were introduced. A home textiles product was taken as an ex- ample. The product design requirement, design scheme, pattern design and so on were introduced. The processing key points in weaving production, dyeing ~ finishing production and finished product processing were summa- rized. Finally,product was produced successfully. It is considered that large scale application of the technology can be achieved. It is the break through and innovation based on traditional home textiles production mode.
