仿羊绒改性涤纶及其混纺纱性能分析

摘　　要：探讨仿羊绒改性涤纶的性能及其混纺纱的特性。测试了仿羊绒改性涤纶的主要性能指标,对比了仿羊绒改性涤纶、仿羊绒腈纶、羊绒的性能特点,研究了仿羊绒改性涤纶混纺比与条干CV、断裂强力、断裂伸长的关系。结果表明:纺制仿羊绒改性涤纶粘胶18.5tex纱,当仿羊绒涤纶比例为25%时,成纱条干CV较好;成纱强伸性能与仿羊绒改性涤纶混纺比呈正相关。认为:合理制定仿羊绒改性涤纶在混纺纱中的比例可有效提高成纱质量。The properties of imitation cashmere modified polyester and the blended yarn were discussed. The property index of imitation cashmere modified polyester were tested. The property index of imitation cashmere modified polyester,imitation cashmere acrylic and cashmere were compared. The blended ratio of imitation cash- mere modified polyester and the unevenness CV, breaking strength and breaking elongation were studied. The re- sults showed that the unevenness CV of imitation cashmere modified polyester viscose 18.5 tex yarn was better when the imitation cashmere polyester ratio was 25 %. The tensile strength of the yarn was positively correlated with the blended ratio of imitation cashmere modified polyester. It is considered that yarn quality can be effectively improved by taking reasonable proportion of imitation cashmere polyester blended ratio.
