摘 要:探讨捻度与后区牵伸对海藻纤维混纺纱性能的影响。本试验采用生条混和的方式,制备5种不同细纱捻度、3种不同细纱后区牵伸的环锭纺纱,并测试混纺纱的拉伸断裂性能、毛羽、条干CV等性能,寻找最佳的捻度与后区牵伸配置。结果表明:随着捻度值的增加,混纺色纱的断裂强度先增加后减小;而断裂伸长率、毛羽数、条干CV先减小后略微增加。认为:当海藻纤维粘胶纤维混纺纱选取后区牵伸1.10倍和捻度60捻/10cm时,成纱断裂强度值最高,条干CV值最小,而断裂伸长率和毛羽数均良好。The effects of twists and draft in back zone on alginate fiber blended yarns property were dis- cussed. Methods of card silver blending were taken in this test. Five kinds of different twists ring yarns and three kinds of different draft in back zone ring yarns were produced. The tensile property,hairiness and unevenness CV of the blended yarns were tested. The best twist and draft configuration in back zone were found. The results showed with the increase of the twist value,the breaking strength of the blended yarn increases first and then de- creases, while the breaking elongation rate,the hairiness index and the unevenness CV decrease first and then in- crease slightly. It is considered that when the draft in back zone 1.10 and 60 twist/10 cm were seleced in alginate fiber viscose blended yarns, the highest value of breaking tenacity and the minimum unevenness CV value were obtained,both the elongation and the hairiness index were better.
