河北邢台地区的花带及其织造方法

摘　　要：总结河北邢台地区花带的特点,并进行了3个花带的仿制。重点分析了河北邢台花带与少数民族花带在纹样、功用、织造工艺等方面的不同;以3个花带为例,介绍了花带仿制的相关工艺,包括织物组织、色经排列等。结果表明:所仿制的3种花带与原花带颜色、风格接近。认为:对花带进行织物组织分析及仿制,总结出花带织造的工艺参数,完善上机图设计,使花带的织造工艺一目了然,便于这一传统技艺的学习与传承。The property of flower belts in Hebei Xingtai area were summarized and three flower belts were imitated. The differences in patterns, functions and weaving process of flower belts in Hebei Xingtai and minority area were analyzed. Three flower belts were taken as examples, the related processes of flower belts imitation in- cluding fabric texture and order of colored warp were introduced. The results showed that the three kinds of imi- tation flower belts were similar to the original flower belts in color and style. It is considered that technology pa- rameters of flower belt weaving are summerized, design of threading chart is improved by analysis, imitation of fabric texture on flower belts, so that the weaving process of the flower belts can be seen at a glance and the tech- nology can be eazily learned and inherited.
