猴头菇菌株比较试验初报

摘　　要：通过对12个猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)菌株在菌丝生长情况、子实体生物学性状及其产量方面的比较,筛选出适宜山西省栽培的猴头菇菌株,以期为广大菇农种植猴头菇提供参考依据。结果表明,1号菌株和2号菌株,菌丝生长速度快,长势强,子实体个大,圆整紧实,颜色洁白,生物学效率高,产量差异达极显著水平,在山西省晋中市可以进行推广应用。In order to select the Hericium erinaceus strain suitable for planting in Shanxi area, the mycelium growth, biological characteristics and fruiting body yield of 12 H. erinaceus strains were compared. The results showed that strain No.1 and strain No.2 had fast growth speed, strong growth, solid round fruiting body, white color, high biological efficiency, and a very signifi- cant difference in yield. They can be widely applied in Jinzhong City, Shanxi province.
