摘 要:为筛选适宜福建省栽培的高产优质黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)新品种,从吉林、黑龙江引进7个黑木耳新品种,以福建省经认定的黑木耳"雪梅黑碗"与当家品种"Au139"为对照,从菌丝活力(长势和生长速度)、原基形成、干耳产量、子实体农艺性状、抗逆性、口感风味等方面进行综合比较评价。结果表明,引进的新品种中,抗逆性强、产量高、品质优且最适宜福建省栽培的新品种为黑威15号,其次是吉黑5号、黑威单片、丰收2号,经生产性示范,栽培稳定性得到进一步验证后可进行推广应用。In order to screen high yield and excellent quality of new A uricularia auricula varieties which are suitable for cultiva- tion in Fujian, 7 new A. auricula varieties were introduced from Jilin and Heilongjiang. Xuemei Heiwan and Au139 from Fujian province are used as comparison sample, and the comprehensive comparative evaluation of the activity of mycelium (growth vig- or, speed) , primordium formation, agronomic traits of fruiting body, weight for dried fruiting body, stress resistance, taste flavor were carried out. The results showed that among the new varieties introduced, Hewei 15 was the most suitable for cultivation in Fujian province, followed by Jihei 5, Hewei monolithic and Fengshou 2, which had strong resistance, high yield, excellent qual- ity. After the production demonstration, and after the further verification of the stability of cultivation, it can be popularized and anolied.
