摘　　要：以8个羊肚菌菌株为材料,在江苏省常州市金坛区开展稻田栽培试验,通过观测不同羊肚菌菌株在整个生长周期的菌丝、无性孢子、菌核、原基、子实体等生长特点,比较分析了8个羊肚菌菌株出菇特点、产量和性状等差异,以期筛选出适合于苏南地区种植的羊肚菌菌株,为苏南地区羊肚菌栽培与推广提供技术支撑。研究结果表明8个羊肚菌菌株中,以Y4菌株出菇时间最早,出菇整齐率高,抗逆性好,菌盖长度最长,产量最高,适合在苏南地区推广。In this study, 8 Morchella strains were used as materials for paddy field cultivation experiment in Jintan district, Changzhou, Jiangsu. In order to screen the strains suitable for cultivation and provide the technical support for cultivation and promotion of Morchella strains in the south of Jiangsu, the growth characteristics of mycelia, sclerotia, selerotium, primordia and fruiting body of 8 Morchella strains during the whole growing period were observed, furthermore, the differences of fruiting, characters and yield were compared. The results showed that Y4 strain is the most suitable for cultivation in southern Jiangsu a- mong 8 Morchella strains with the earliest fruiting time, the highest yield, high uniformity, high resistance and long pileus.
