摘 要:为了解四川地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)流行毒株的遗传进化情况,本试验对2016~2017年四川地区的12份PRRSV阳性样本的ORF5基因进行了测序及遗传进化分析。结果显示:12个样本毒株的ORF5基因的核苷酸序列同源性为82.3%~99.8%,推导的氨基酸同源性为81.1%~99.5%,与美洲型和欧洲型代表毒株的核苷酸序列同源性分别为82.8%~99.5%和61.4%~64.6%。氨基酸序列比对结果表明在抗原表位区域存在氨基酸变异;进化分析表明12个毒株均属于美洲型,其中10株属于JXA1-like亚群,1株属于NADC30亚群、1株属于QYYZ亚群。In order to understand the genetic variation of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syn- drome virus (PRRSV) in Sichuan province, the ORF5 genes of 12 PRRSV strains from positive tissue sam- ples collected in Sichuan during 2016 to 2017 were sequenced. analyzed and compared with other represen- tative strains. The results showed that the nucleotide and amino acid similarity among 12 strains were 82.3% -99.8% and 81.1%~99.5%, respectively. Compared with the representative strains of North American type and European type, the 12 strains were 82.8%-99.5% and 61.4%-64.6%. Amino acid alignment results showed some specific amino acid mutations existed in antigen epitope regions. Phylogenetic analysis results showed that all the PRRSV strains belonged to NA-PRRSV. 10 strains belonged to the JXA1-like subgroup and the other two strains belonged to the NADC30 and QYYZ subgroup, respectively.
