原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤误诊两例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：回顾性分析2例被误诊的肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床表现、影像学特点等病例资料,并对相关文献进行复习,有助于提高我们对原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的认识。本文2例原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤患者曾分别误诊为肺癌、肺炎,该病病情进展缓慢,无特异性的临床表现和影像学特征,诊断主要靠病理检查结果,需与肺结核、肺癌、肉芽肿性疾病等疾病鉴别诊断。In this article,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical manifestations,imaging features and other data of two cases of primary pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma associated with misdiagnosis,and reviewed the relevant literatures. They are helpful to improve our understanding of this disease. Two cases of primary pulmonary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma associated with misdiagnosis in this article were misdiagnosed with lung cancer and pneumonia,which progressed slowly. There was no specific clinical manifestations and imaging features,diagnosis relied on pathological examination results. It needed to be identified with tuberculosis,lung cancer,granulomatous disease and so on.
