摘 要:锡铁山铅锌矿10中段以下矿石中矿物种类多样,可综合回收的元素为铅、锌、硫以及伴生金、银,为高效综合回收有价金属资源,对该矿石进行了选矿新工艺试验研究。在“优先浮铅-锌硫混浮-锌硫分离”的流程结构以及磨矿细度-74μm占60%的条件下,铅浮选回路选择自然pH介质,添加XKY-01作锌硫抑制剂,采用金银高效辅助捕收剂LP-12配合25#黑药共同作为铅矿物捕收剂,强化对金银矿物的捕收;对浮铅尾矿,调节矿浆pH至9.5左右,以(XKH-01+CuSO4)为锌硫混浮活化剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂;对锌硫混合粗精矿,通过石灰调控浮选矿浆电位至锌硫分离电位区间,使两者有效分离。闭路试验可获得含铅72.73%、含金3.06g·t-1、含银994g·t-1,铅回收率93.40%、金回收率31.21%、银回收率82.68%的铅精矿;含锌49.17%,锌回收率93.23%的锌精矿;含硫49.98%,硫回收率75.36%的硫精矿。相比现场生产工艺,在深部矿石铅、金、银品位下降的情况下,新工艺有效地稳定且提高了主金属铅、锌的选别指标,并改善了贵金属金银的回收效果。There were various minerals under 10 middle of Xitieshan lead-zinc mine, and lead, zinc, sulfur, and associated gold and silver could be comprehensively recycled. For efficient comprehensive recovery of valuable metals, the experimental study on new mineral processing of ore was conducted. In the conditions of the process with priority floating lead, zinc sulfide mixed floating, zinc sulphur separation, and the grinding fineness of - 74μm accounting for 60% , the lead flotation circuit chose natural pH condition, added XKY-01 as inhibitor, the high efficient auxiliary collector LP-12 of Au, Ag minerals cooperated with dimethylphenyl dithiophosphat as the lead ore collector, thus, improved gold and silver mineral collecting. After adjusting the tailings of floating lead pH to 9.5 or so, with XKH-01 and copper sulfate as activator of zinc sulfide mixed floating and butyl xanthate as a collector, the pulp potential of zincsulfide mixed rough concentrate was controlled by CaO and made it an effective separation. In a closed circuit test, lead concentrate was obtained with the lead grade of 72.73% and recovery of 93.40% , the gold grade of 3.06 g·t-1 and recovery of 31.21% , the silver grade of 994 g·t-1 and recovery of 82.68%. Zinc concentrate was obtained with the zinc grade of 49.17% and recovery of 93.23%. Sulfide concentrate was obtained with the sulfide grade of 49.98% and recovery of 75.36%. Compared to the production process, in the case of the grade of lead, gold, silver in the deep ore was declined, the new technology effectively stabilized and improved the mineral processing indicators of main metal lead and zinc, and improved the recycled efficiency of precious metals gold and silver.
