摘 要:采用零价铁(ZVI)-折流板厌氧水解反应器(ABR)耦合工艺对苯酚模拟废水进行处理。在对零价铁进行表征和对ABR进行污泥驯化的基础上,重点探讨了零价铁类型、零价铁重量、零价铁安装位置、进水pH和苯酚浓度对厌氧系统处理效果的影响,结果表明:三格ABR对COD和苯酚的去除效果略好于五格ABR。在投加零价铁之后,ABR对COD和苯酚的去除效果分别提高了20%和22%以上。铁刨花对ABR整体的促进效果要优于废铁屑,零价铁放置在进水端可以获得更好的接触效果。零价铁投加量的增加,强化了ABR对苯酚和COD的去除效果,也提升了厌氧水解系统的抗冲击负荷效果。而进水pH的降低虽然促进了Fe^(2+)的游离,但削弱了整体的厌氧还原环境。The simulated phenol wastewater was treated by the coupling process of zero valent iron( ZVI) and anaerobic baffled reactor( ABR). Based on the characterization of the ZVI and sludge acclimation of the ABR,the effect of ZVI type,ZVI weight,ZVI location,initial pH value and phenol concentration on the coupling process were studied. The results showed that the removals of COD and phenol by the three lattices ABR were better than that by the five lattices ABR. The removals of COD and phenol in ABR were enhanced by 20% and 22%,respectively,with the addition of ZVI. The promoting effect of iron shaving on ABR was better than that of scrap iron. In order to get better effect,ZVI should be located in the first lattice of ABR. As the ZVI dosing increased,the COD removal,phenol removal and the anti-impact load was strengthened for ABR. When initial pH value was lower,the ionization of ZVI was improved in ABR,but the anaerobic reduction environment would be weakened.
