摘 要:目的:观察腰椎"椎骨错缝"模型大鼠血清及L5棘突右侧肌肉中P物质的变化。方法:采用椎体外部连接固定系统(ELFS)诱导"椎骨错缝"大鼠模型。将160只350~450 g雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型对照组和实验组。实验组通过外科手术将ELFS的棘突附着部件(SAU)与大鼠L4、L5和L6棘突相连接,再使用ELFS的外部连接部件将SAU连接起来;模型对照组仅植入SAU,不安装外部连接部件;假手术组仅进行手术干预,不植入任何部件;正常对照组不进行任何干预。再将各组按固定时间分为1、2、4、8和12周5个亚组。对8只大鼠进行血清及肌肉样本采集,并对P物质进行检测。结果:随着固定时间的延长,"椎骨错缝"模型大鼠实验组椎旁肌肉SP及血清SP含量呈增长趋势(P〈0.05);4、8周时间点和前两周相比有显著的增长。结论:"椎骨错缝"模型大鼠现伴随着生物力学的改变神经生物学也发生着相似的变化。Objective: To observe the variation of substance P content in serum and paraspinal muscle besides the L5 spinous process of subluxation rats model. Methods: One hundred and sixty SD male rats( 350 ~ 450 g) were randomly divided into normal control group,sham operation group,model control group and experimental group. In the experimental group,spinous attachment units( SAU) of the external link fixation system( ELFS) were operated to the spinous processes of L4,L5 and L6,and the attached SAU were linked up by external link components. The control group was only operated with SAU but without external link components. Sham operation group was given surgery but was not attached with any components. The blank group was treated with no intervention. Each group was divided into 5 sub-groups according to fixation time( 1,2,4,8 and 12 weeks). We took tout the serum and muscle of the 8 rats,and tested the substance P content at the end of connection in each group. Result: With the fixed time extension of ELFS,the SP content in paraspinal muscle and serum showed an increasing trend in subluxation rats model( P 〈 0. 05). 4 and 8 weeks groups had a significant growth compared to 2 weeks group. Conclusion: Accompanied with biomechanical changes,neurobiology has also undergone a similar change in subluxation rats model.
