《新修本草》中医美容药物特色研究

摘　　要：目的：通过对《新修本草》中美容药物的归纳整理,探讨该书对于常见损美性疾病的用药特点。方法：整理《新修本草》中的美容药物,共计141味。通过Microsoft Office Excel 2007软件,对上述药物的药物来源及性味进行归纳总结进而分析其用药特色与规律。结果：（1）在治疗头面部损美性疾病的药物中以植物药物比例最高,占所有药物的64.8%;在其药味方面以苦味药物为主,占35.6%;药性方面主要以寒性药物为主,占58.8%。（2）在治疗躯干四肢部损美性疾病的药物中以植物药物比例最高,占所有药物的83.1%;在其药味方面主要以苦味药物为主,占42.8%;药性方面主要以寒性药物为主,占58.8%。（3）在美容保健药物中以植物药物比例最高,占所有药物的76.2%;在其药味方面主要以甘味药物为主,占44.2%;药性方面主要以平性药物为主,占40.5%。结论：（1）《新修本草》中治疗与保健兼顾,病种多样,分类详细,药物来源广泛。（2）美容药物以植物药物为主。美容治疗药物药性以寒性为主,药味以苦味为主;美容保健药物药性以平性为主,药味以甘味为主。Objective： To discuss the characteristics of medication for common diseases of beauty damage through induction and reorganization of the beauty medicine drugs in Xinxiu Bencao. Methods： We sorted beauty drugs in Xinxiu Bencao,a total of 141. By Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software,the source and nature tastes were summed up and we analyzed its features and regularity. Results：（1）Plants have the highest percentage of drugs in the treatment of head and face in the loss of beauty diseases,accounted for 64. 8%. In terms of its tastes,it is given priority to bitter drugs,accounting for35. 6%. The nature of drugs is mainly cold,accounting for 58. 8%. Plant drugs have the highest percentage of drugs in the treatment of trunk limbs beauty damage diseases,accounted for 83. 1%. Its taste is mainly composed of the bitter drugs,accounted for 42. 8%. The nature is mainly cold drugs,accounting for 58. 8%.（3）Plant drugs have the highest percentage in the beauty care drugs,accounted for 76. 2%. Is ingredients are mainly composed of sweet drugs,accounting for 44. 2%. The nature is mainly gentle drugs,accounting for 40. 5%. Conclusion：（1）Treatment and health care are both important in Xinxiu Bencao. The diseases are diversity and the classification is detailed. The drug sources are wide.（2）Beauty drugs are given priority to plant drugs. Beauty treatment is given priority to the cold drugs and the ingredient is given priority to the bitter taste. The properties of beauty care drugs are given priority to gentle drugs and the ingredient is given priority to the stweet drugs.
