大叶桉煎剂浸浴治疗烧伤残余创面的疗效评价及抑菌效果研究

摘　　要：目的：研究大叶桉煎剂浸浴对烧伤残余创面的疗效及抑菌效果。方法：将82例烧伤残余创面患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予外用消毒液治疗,观察组患者给予大叶桉煎剂治疗。疗程结束后,对比两组疗效、创面愈合情况、细菌清除率;观察并记录治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（95.12%vs 78.05%,χ2=5.145,P〈0.05）。观察组肉芽组织生长良好率、创面回缩率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组肉芽组织生长时间、创面愈合时间和VAS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组色素沉着、瘢痕增生、创面加深和创面感染发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组细菌学清除率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：大叶桉煎剂对烧伤创面的治疗，可有效清除细菌，防治创面细菌感染，改善创面愈合情况和质量。Objective： The curative effect and bacteriostatic effect of Eucalyptus Decoction immersion on burn wounds were studied. Methods： Eighty-two patients with burn wounds were randomly divided into observation and control group.Patients in control group were treated with external disinfectant,while patients in observation group were treated with Eucalyptus Decoction. After treatment,we compared the curative effect,wound healing quality and bacterial clearance rate between the two groups. We observed and recorded the incidence of adverse reactions. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 95. 12% vs 78. 05%,χ~2= 5. 145,P 0. 05）. The growth rate of granulation tissue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Granulation tissue growth time,wound healing time and VAS score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of pigmentation,scar hyperplasia,wound deepening and wound infection between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Bacteriological clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Eucalyptus Decoction in the treatmentof burn wounds can effectively remove bacteria,preventand treat wound bacterial infection and improve the wound healing and quality.
