芪灵汤联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法对HIV/AIDS炎性因子和免疫功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨芪灵汤联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法（HAART）对HIV/AIDS患者炎性因子和免疫功能的影响。方法：58例艾滋病患者,按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组29例患者,对照组患者使用经典的HAART治疗方案,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗方法的基础上,同时服用芪灵汤,对治疗的效果进行比较。结果：进行治疗后,两组患者的CD4＋T细胞,Th17细胞含量,白介素-17,白介素-23的数据均出现增高,而且观察组数据高于对照组,CD8＋T细胞,Treg细胞含量,C反应蛋白数据均出现降低,而且观察组数据低于对照组,以上数据差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组的治疗有效率为86．21％，观察组的治疗有效率为100．00％，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（x2=4．296，P〈0．05），观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组，从两组的治疗效果看，数据差异也具有统计学意义（z=2．330，P〈0．05），观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组，两组患者各项不良反应发生率的数据差异均不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05），但是各种机会性感染发生情况数据均为观察组低于对照组，数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：芪灵汤联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法对HIV/AIDS患者进行治疗,能够有效的对患者免疫功能进行调节,提高患者的免疫力,改善治疗效果,值得在临床范围内进行推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of Qiling Decoction combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy（ HAART） on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with HIV/AIDS. Methods： According to the random number method,58 AIDS patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group 29 patients.Patients in the control group were treated with a classical HAART regimen. Patients in the observation group were treated with Qiling Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. We compared the effects of the treatment. Result：After treatment,the numbers of CD4＋ T cells,Th17 cells,interleukin-17 and interleukin-23 in two groups increased,and the observation group＇s was higher than that of the control group. The numbers of CD8＋ T cells,Treg cells and C reactive protein decreased,and the observation group＇s was lower than that of the control group,and the above data differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 86. 21%,and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant（ χ2= 4. 296,P〈 0. 05）,and the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The treatment effect of two groups was also statistically significant（ z = 2. 330,P〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇s treatment effect was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference of the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups was not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）,but the data of opportunistic infections was lower in the observation group than that in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Qiling Decoction combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy for HIV/AIDS patients,can effectively regulate the immune function,improve the immunity and the therapeutic effect,wor
