甘草黄酮中药祛斑膏对黄褐斑及炎症后色素的治疗

摘　　要：目的：观察自制甘草黄酮中药祛斑膏治疗黄褐斑及炎症后色素的疗效。方法：140例黄褐斑及炎症后色素患者,按照就诊顺序分两组,两组间年龄及病程无显著差异。（1）治疗组患者外用自制甘草黄酮中药祛斑膏日2次,3个月为1疗程;对照组患者外用氢醌乳膏日2次,3个月为1疗程。（2）两组患者的皮肤黑色素情况分别于治疗前和治疗后观察。结果：治疗组70例患者总有效率为94.28%;对照组70例患者总有效率为84.29%,相比较总有效率有显著性差异（χ2=4.516,P〈0.05）。结论：自制甘草黄酮中药祛斑膏治疗黄褐斑及炎症后色素能显著改善,治疗总体疗效好,且未见明显不良反应,适于临床应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of the homemade licorice flavonoid cream for macular plaque and post-inflammatory pigment. Methods： All 140 patients came from outpatient clinic,which were in accordance with the criteria for the diagnosis of pigment in macular and post-inflammatory disease. There was no significant difference between the average age and the duration of the disease in two groups. Methods：（1）The treatment group＇s patients used homemade liquorice flavonoids cream twice a day,3 months for a course of treatment. The control group was treated with hydroquinone cream twice a day,3 months for a course of treatment. The skin melanin before and after treatment was observed. Results： The treatment group had 46 cases cured,15 cases markedly improved,5 cases effective. The total effective rate was 94. 28%. In the control group 31 cases were cured,14 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective and the total effective rate was 84. 29%. The total effective rate comparison had a significant meaning（ χ2= 4. 516,P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： The homemade licorice flavonoid cream in treatment of chloasma and pigment after inflammatio can significantly improve the symptomes. The overall curative effect is good,and there are no obvious side effects. It is suitable for clinical application.
