摘　　要：本文以沈阳建筑大学土木工程学院为例,从新形势下高校分党校规范化建设的重大意义、主要工作内容、存在突出问题及主要解决措施等四方面出发,对高校二级学院分党校规范化建设进行了有益探索与实践,以期有效解决分党校建设中的实际问题,提升分党校教育与实践成果。This paper takes the school of Civil Engineering of Shenyang Jianzhu University as an example, in consideration of several aspects such as the significance of standardizing the construction of the sub party schools in colleges, the main work content, the outstanding problems and the main solutions under the new situation, explores and practices the standardized construction of the sub party schools in the secondary college, in order to solve the practical problems effectively and improve the educational achievements of the sub party schools.
