摘  要:目的分析术中体温异常增高与减低对开胸手术患者麻醉苏醒期血压以及凝血状态的影响。方法研究选取本院就诊并接受开胸手术的患者155例分为三组:体温异常增高组、体温异常减低组和体温正常对照组。检测并比较患者术后苏醒时间、血压水平以及凝血状态(a PTT,PT,TT,Fbg)结果苏醒时间以体温异常减低组最长,对照组最低(P<0.05);患者术后24 h血压情况,体温异常增高组水平最高,体温异常减低组最低(P<0.05);患者术后24 h凝血状态情况,体温异常增高组患者TT水平最高,Fbg水平最低(P<0.05)。结论体温异常增高或减低均会对患者术后的苏醒状况以及血压产生影响,体温异常减低组患者苏醒慢,体温异常增高组血压水平最高,且凝血状态倾向低凝。Objective To analyze the effect of abnormal increase and decrease of body temperature during operation on blood pressure and coagulation state in patients undergoing open chest surgery during anaesthesia. Methods 155 patients who received open chest surgery in our hospital were divided into three groups. Hyperthermia group. Abnormal hypothermia group and normal control group. The time of recovery,blood pressure and coagulation status were measured and compared. Results The recovery time was the longest in the hypothermia group and the lowest in the control group( P〈0. 05). The blood pressure at 24 hours after operation was the highest in the hyperthermia group and the lowest in the hypothermia group( P〈0. 05); The blood coagulation status at 24 hours after operation the TT time was Longer,and Fbg level lower in patients with hyperthermia group.( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The abnormal increase or decrease of body temperature will affect the recovery status and blood pressure of the patients after operation,and the patients with abnormal hypothermia will wake up slowly. The blood pressure level was the highest in abnormal hyperthermia group,and the clotting state tended to be hypocoagulant.
