护理干预预防胃癌手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成

摘　　要：目的研究胃癌手术患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的护理干预。方法选取我院96例行胃癌手术的患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组48例,观察组48例,对照组给予一般日常护理,观察组在对照组的基础上再给予下肢DVT预防及护理干预。结果两组患者术后PT、a PTT、TT指标均明显上升,Fbg指标均下降(P<0.05),观察组更显著(P<0.05);专科护理干预后,DVT发生率:观察组有4例(8.33%),对照组有16例(33.33%)(P<0.05);护理干预满意度:观察组(95.83%)明显高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05)结论对胃癌手术患者采取预防下肢DVT的护理干预,可减少下肢DVT发生率,并提高护理满意度。Objective Nursing intervention for prevention of deep vein thrombosis（ DVT） in patients with gastric cancer. Methods To study the surgical methods in our hospital 96 cases of gastric cancer patients as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in control group,48 cases in the observation group,the control group was given general nursing,the observation group in the control group and given nursing intervention and prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis. Results The PT,a PTT and TT index of the two groups increased obviously,the Fbg index decreased（ P〈0. 05）,the observation group was more significant（ P〈0. 05）; Incidence of DVT after specialized nursing intervention,there were 4 cases（ 8. 33 %） in the observation group and 16 cases（ 33. 33 %） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The nursing intervention satisfaction in the observation group（ 95. 83%） was obviously higher than that of the control group（ 66. 67 %）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention to prevent lower limb DVT in patients with gastric cancer can reduce the incidence of lower limb DVT and improve nursing satisfaction.
