摘  要:基于16个农艺和品质性状,选取36份黑龙江2017年主导推广的粳稻品种,采用主成分分析、聚类分析和判别分析方法,确定了活动积温、产量、胶稠度等9个主成分性状因子、判别函数,并成功划分了4个类群。在此基础上,对19份亲本进行类群划分分析,明确了今后育种实践中,组配亲本选择顺序依次是相邻类群间、间隔一个类群间和同一类群间;对黑龙江近12年审定的170份粳稻品种进行类群划分,为育种家和研究者在亲本选配方面提供直观、便捷、量化的参考依据,提高育种准确性,减少盲目性。通过本研究,初步构建了基于农艺和品质性状的黑龙江粳稻育种亲本类群体系,以期为寒地粳稻育种亲本选配及品种资源类群划分提供科学有效的理论参考。In this study,we analyzed 16 agronomic and quality traits of 36 Japonica rice varieties which were widely planted in Heilongjiang in 2017. Nine principal component factors,such as active accumulated temperature,yield and gel consistency were determined,and the discriminant function was clarified. 36 Japonica rice varieties were classified into four groups by using the principal component analysis,the cluster analysis and the discriminant analysis methods. In addition,19 parental lines were conducted,the sequence of parental selection was cleared in the future breeding practice and the order was adjacent groups,one group interval and intergroup. 170 rice varieties registered during the recent 12 years in the Heilongjiang were also classified. These works could provide directly,conveniently and quantitatively reference on selecting parental lines for breeders and researchers. Breeding accuracy could be improved and blindness could be reduced by these methods. Thus,based on agronomic and quality characters of Japonica rice breeding parents in Heilongjiang,this work could provide scientific and effective theoretical reference for selecting ideal parents for Japonica rice breeding and classification of species resource groups in cold region.
