摘　　要：血吸虫病是我国为数不多的有专门防治机构的地方性、传染性疾病。本文通过史料考证,描述了在不同历史时期、不同制度条件下,血吸虫病防治机构(组织)如何建构、延续和变迁,分析评价了血吸虫病防治机构的历史作用、贡献和地位。Schistosomiasis is one of a few endemic and infectious diseases, which are controlled by the specific prevention and control institutions in China. Through the review of historical data, this paper describes the construction, continuation and changes of schistosomiasis prevention and control institutions in different historical periods and systems, and analyzes and evalu- ates its historical function, contribution and status.
