血清IL-6在尘肺及尘肺合并结核的男性患者中的检测意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨检测煤工尘肺及尘肺合并结核的男性患者中血清白细胞介素6（IL-6）水平的意义。【方法】选取本院2015年10月至2016年11月已确诊的50名尘肺患者（A组）、50名尘肺合并结核患者（B组）、50名结核患者（C组），同时选取50名体检健康人员作为对照组（D组），所有入组人员均为男性，年龄45～75岁。测定四组人员血清中IL-6水平并进行比较。【结果】与D组相比，A，B，C三组患者血清中IL-6水平均明显升高（P〈0．01）；且三组患者IL-6水平呈递增趋势，C组高于B组，B组高于A组，且各组之间相比较差异均有显著性（P〈0．01）。【结论】IL-6与尘肺的发病有明显的相关性，IL-6在活动性结核的患者中较尘肺合并稳定期结核易有明显的增高，IL-6的含量变化在肺结核的发生发展中起着非常重要的作用，在尘肺合并结核的患者判断结核复发以及是否处于活动期有一定的辅助诊断价值。[Objective]To investigate the levels of interleukin-6 （IL-6） in patients with pneumoconiosis, tuberculosis, and pneumoconiosis complicated with tuberculosis （TB）. [Methods]We selected 50 pneumoconi- osis patients （group A）, 50 pneumoconiosis patients with tuberculosis （group B）, and 50 patients with tuber- culosis （group C） who were diagnosed in this hospital from October 2015 to November 2016. At the same time, 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group （group D）. All enrolled patients were male of age 45-75 years old. Serum IL-6 level were measured and compared among all 4 groups. [Results]The levels of serum IL-6 in three groups （group A, B and C） were significantly higher than that in the control group （group D） （ P〈0.01）. The levels of IL-6 in three groups of patients showed an increasing trend from group A to group C. There was a significant difference between the groups （ P %0.01）.[Conclusion]Serum IL-6 level was significantly associated with the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis. The serum IL-6 level in patients with ac- tive tuberculosis is evidently higher than that in pneumoconiosis patients complicated with stable TB. The ser- um IL-6 level played an important role in the progress of TB and it has a certain auxiliary diagnostic value to determine the recurrence of TB and TB active status.
