摘　　要：推动金融市场一体化,促进京津冀协同发展;雄安新区要借助监管沙盒发展金融科技;布局不良资产处置,盘活实体落后产能;在金融支持实体经济发展方面,必须按照创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的"五位一体"新发展理念,围绕经济转型和产业升级,选择金融支持实体经济领域的具体对象,同时发挥金融在"去产能""去库存""去杠杆""降成本""补短板"中的作用。We will promote integration of financial markets and promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development. Xiongan New Area needs to develop financial technology with the help of regulatory sandbox. We will allocate the disposal of non-performing assets and revitalize the backward production capacity of the entity. When it comes to financial support for the development of the real economy, we must follow the new development concept of ＂five-in-one＂ concept of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared.We will focus on economic transformation and industrial upgrading and select specific targets in the field of financial support for the real economy. At the same time, we should give full play to the role of finance in ＂cut overcapacity＂, ＂destocking＂, ＂deleverage＂, ＂cost reduction＂ and ＂ fill short board＂.
