摘　　要：角药是中药的一种配伍形式,李浩教授临证中善用角药。对李教授临证常用6组角药（柴胡、黄芩、川楝子;莪术、生牡蛎、土贝母;怀牛膝、木瓜、白芍;补骨脂、骨碎补、菟丝子;鸡内金、生麦芽、炒谷芽;防风、萆薢、赤小豆）,论述相关功效主治、配伍要点、适应病证,总结其配伍规律,为广大中医师临床组方用药提供思路与参考。Triplet herbs（Jiaoyao） is a kind of compatibility form of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor LI Hao is proficient in using triplet herbs in clinical practice. Six triplet herbs（Radix Bupleuri,Scutellaria baicalensis,Fructus Toosendan; Rhizoma Curcumae,Ostreae Concha,Bolbostemma Paniculatum; Achyranthes bidentata,Fructus Chaenomelis,Radix Paeoniae Alba;Psoralea Corylifolia,Drynaria Fortunei,Cuscuta Chinensis; Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli,Fructus Hordei Germinatus,Fructus Setariae Germinatus; Saposhnikovia Divaricata,Dioscorea Tokoro,Semen Phaseoli） were selected in this paper,which are commonly applied by professor LI in clinical treatment. This paper was to discuss the related function and indications,the main points of the compatibility and describe the adaptive diseases and syndromes,summarize the rules of its compatibility,so as to provide the trains of thought and references on making prescription for the majority of physicians of TCM.
