化瘀通便汤联合针灸疗法治疗慢传输型便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察和分析化瘀通便汤联合针灸疗法治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法：68例患者随机均分成治疗组和对照组,各组34例。治疗组用以化瘀通便汤及针灸治疗;对照组用以莫沙必利联合针灸治疗,疗程为4周,观察疗效。结果：治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率85.29%,对照组总有效率73.53%。两组总有效率均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：化瘀通便汤配合针灸疗法治疗慢传输型便秘疗效优于莫沙必利联合针灸治疗。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huayu Tongbian Decoction in combination with acupuncture for slow transit constipation. Methods： Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group（34 cases） and control group（34 cases） according to the lottery method. The treatment group were treated with Huayu Tongbian Decoction and acupuncture. The control group were given Mosapride Citrate Tablets and the acupuncture. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks and we observed its clinic curative effect. Results： After 4 weeks treatment,the treatment group＇ s recovery rate was 85. 29% and the control group＇ s73. 53%. Two groups＇ total effective rate and cure rate were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huayu Tongbian Decoction in combination with acupuncture to treat slow transit constipation has a better effect than Maren Soft Capsule orally and the acupuncture.
