补中益气五苓汤治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：对补中益气五苓汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果进行分析与研究。方法：选取到本院接受治疗的62例慢性心力衰竭患者选取为研究对象,对所有患者采取补中益气五苓汤治疗,观测并比较患者治疗前后的N末端B型脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平改变情况以及6 min步行试验结果,并记录其治疗总有效率。结果：经过治疗后,患者的血清N末端B型脑钠肽前体水平明显低于治疗前,而且6 min步行距离明显长于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。62例患者的治疗总有效率为96.78%。结论：气虚水湿内停是贯穿慢性心力衰竭发展的各个阶段的基本的病机之一;补中气利水是适用于慢性心力衰竭各个阶段的基础治疗方法。对慢性心力衰竭患者采取补中益气五苓汤治疗,可以使患者的N末端B型脑钠肽前体和临床症状得到有效的改善,有效的延长患者的6 min步行距离,具有较好的治疗效果,值得推广于临床中采用。Objective： To analyze and study the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Wuling Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods： Sixty-two patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects. All patients were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Wuling Decoction. The level of NT-pro BNP and the results of 6-minute walk test were compared before and after treatment,and the treatment efficiency was recorded. Results： After treatment,the level of serum n-terminal b-type natriuretic peptide was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the walking distance of 6 minutes was significantly longer than that before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 96. 78% in 62 patients. Conclusion： The stagnation of Qi-deficiency and water-dampness is one of the basic pathogenesis of the development of chronic heart failure. Adding Zhong Qi and flowing water is the basic treatment for all stages of chronic heart failure. The treatment of Buzhong Yiqi Wuling Decoction in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the n-terminal b-type natriuretic peptide and clinical symptoms,and prolong the 6-minute walking distance of the patients,and it has a better therapeutic effect,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
