In order to explore the potential advantages of acupuncture therapy for the diseases, this paper takes massive data from the existing acupuncture mechanism as the research object and builds acupuncture Neuro-Endocrine-Immune(NEI) regulatory network and analyze NEI network dysfunction of response points caused by the disease. The mathematical model of Acupuncture-NEI Network-Disease is constructed to predict potential indications for acupuncture with large data analysis methods and techniques. Based on the input parameters of acupuncture, the mathematical model of disease pathogenesis-acupuncture NEI control network and key responder-acupuncture parameters was constructed. The best way to predict the potential indications of acupuncture was determined by data mining method. It provides research ideas for large data and accurate acupuncture and moxibustion and promotes the basic research into the clinical application of acupuncture.
