摘　　要：针对焦化厂8座焦炉看火孔串漏现状,通过分析看火孔串漏原因,结合日常串漏治理的实践经验,自主研发了焦炉看火孔密封装置,并成功引进了陶瓷焊补技术进行热态修补,有效解决了看火孔串漏难以治理的问题,降低了因看火孔串漏引发的环保风险。For the string leakage status of observation holes of eight coke ovens,through analyzing the reasons for the string leakage of observation holes,and combing with the practice of daily string leakage governance,the sealing device of observation hole in coke oven was independently developed,and the ceramic welding repair technique was successfully introduced to carry out the hot-state repair,and then the difficulty of observation hole＇s string leakage was effectively solved,and thus the environmental risk caused by observation hole＇s string leakage was reduced.
